There is no foreign parent company here, no borrowed technology, no safety net. There are engineers who taught themselves control theory at two in the morning, who built a working simulator before they built a company, who know exactly what it costs to make something real with your own hands.
That is not a disadvantage we are managing around. It is the entire idea. India has never lacked the talent to build serious engineering. It has lacked founders willing to bet on that talent, in the open, without a safety net. This is that bet.
We are building this from Gurgaon — not to prove a point to anyone in particular, but if it does, so be it. Every engineer in Brazil, Russia, India, China, South Africa and the wider Global South building undersea and autonomous systems from first principles instead of waiting to import them is making the same bet we are.
