KRSNA is Athena Dynamics India's first vehicle — named for Krishna, built to one day search the submerged ruins believed to be his city, Dwaraka, off the Gujarat coast. Full engineering design, sim-flyable today, and built for India's Army, Navy, Air Force and paramilitary forces along the way.
Tradition holds that Krishna's capital, Dwaraka, was reclaimed by the sea after he departed the world. Since the 1980s, marine archaeologists from India's National Institute of Oceanography have surveyed submerged structures off the Gujarat coast, long associated by tradition with that lost city — a mystery still not fully resolved.
KRSNA carries the name for a reason. Heritage and subsea survey is not one line in a mission list — it is the reason the vehicle exists. Everything else it does, it does on the way there.

KRSNA's control architecture and DVL-aided navigation already run in the Poseidon simulator — the same simulation-and-evidence method Trident and Buceros run in the field today, and the method that will one day carry KRSNA to Dwaraka.
